The successful candidates will participate in structured on-the-job training, departmental projects, and mentorship opportunities while gaining exposure to various aspects of mining operations. Key Responsibilities
• Participate in structured on-the-job training across different departments.
• Support departmental projects, mining operations, and daily activities.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and continuous professional development activities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assigned tasks, findings, and progress reports.
• Assist with project planning, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a degree in one of the following fields:
• Mining Engineering
• Mining Geology
• Geoscience
• Geometallurgy
• Data Science
• Environmental Sciences or Environmental Engineering
Experience Requirements
• No prior work experience is required.
• Internship experience or practical exposure to mining operations will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

• Basic understanding of mining legislation, standard operating procedures, and operational practices.
• Awareness of workplace safety procedures and risk assessment.
