JOB SUMMARY:
Have oversight responsibility over assigned branch ensuring the achievement of set targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of a first degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of solid retail sales management experience.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is an advantage.
- Strong supervisory skills, business acumen, selling skills, written and verbal communication, results orientation, and teamwork are required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage demanding sales targets, and consistently deliver measurable results.
