JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an organized, proactive and responsible Office Manager to oversee
the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing company operating in the real
estate and hardware industry.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, coordinate staff
and administrative activities, maintain proper records, support management, liaise with
clients and suppliers, and assist with the coordination of real estate and hardware-
related operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative activities of the office.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, appointments and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, stationery, utilities and requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records including company documents, client information,
    property records, invoices, purchase orders and supplier documents.
  • Support real estate activities including property viewings, inspections,
    client appointments and property documentation.
  • Coordinate hardware business activities including supplier communication,
    purchase orders, deliveries, stock records, invoices and customer orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers, landlords, tenants, customers and business partners.
  • Follow up on enquiries, leads, orders, deliveries, payments and
    outstanding matters.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies
    or inventory issues.
  • Coordinate staff activities and monitor attendance, punctuality
    and leave schedules.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, presentations and other documents.
  • Assist management with planning, coordination and projects.
  • Monitor office expenses and ensure effective cost control.
  • Handle calls, emails, visitors and correspondence professionally.
  • Ensure compliance, suppliers and visitors receive timely service.
  • Identify administrative challenges and escalate to management.
  • Ensure policies and administrative standards are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, client and business information.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration,
    Management, Office Administration, Human Resource
    Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in office administration,
    office management, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in real estate, construction, hardware,
    retail or a related industry will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly
    Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
