MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
PoPo Cameras is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-oriented Manager to take full ownership of our daily operations. This is not a desk-bound role – we need a hands-on leader who can drive sales, inspire a team, and ensure that every customer leaves with a world-class experience. You will be the bridge between our staff, our customers, and our business goals, ensuring that the store runs efficiently, looks professional, and consistently meets its targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Store Management

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the shop floor is professionally organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Coordinate seamlessly between online sales channels and in-store foot traffic, ensuring consistent customer experience across both platforms.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement effective solutions.

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive sales performance and ensure that monthly revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, popular products, and opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average transaction value and customer retention.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to perform at their highest potential.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and disciplined work environment aligned with company culture.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Customer Service Excellence

• Set the gold standard for customer service, ensuring all team members treat customers with professionalism, patience, and respect.
• Act as the final point of escalation for customer complaints, resolving issues quickly, fairly, and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and repeat customers.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and the proper handling of high-value camera equipment and electronics.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained, stored securely, and accounted for.

Policy & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle administrative duties including petty cash management, reporting, and staff documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, Multimedia Studies, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a management, retail, sales, or operations role (2–3 years minimum preferred).
• Industry Knowledge (Advantageous): Good knowledge of cameras, photography equipment, or general consumer electronics is a strong plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (and any local language is a plus).

• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets).
