Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services
  • Promote and sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide accurate information on products, features, and benefits
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market outreach, field marketing, and lead generation activities
  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business-related fields are an advantage)
  • 0 - 1 year experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement
  • Basic knowledge of banking products is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
