Responsibilities
1. Prospecting for new clients
2. Promote and sell insurance products
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable policies
4. Explain policy terms, coverage, premiums, and exclusions clearly
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients
6. Assist clients with policy applications and documentation
7. Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries
8. Liaise with underwriting and claims teams when necessary
9. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications
SHS, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree
