The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging customers online, processing orders, following up on leads, and supporting social media sales activities.

Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately
- Follow up with customers before confirming orders to customers
- Record and reconcile daily sales
- Follow up with prospective customers to drive sales
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Participate in TikTok Live selling sessions
- Support product promotion and sales conversion
- Organize new stock arrivals and update inventory records
- Conduct weekly stock counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer and sales records
Requirements:
- SHS, Diploma, HND, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or social media selling is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Comfortable appearing on camera for TikTok Live
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Honest, reliable, organized, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy
Work Arrangement: In-person | Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Work Days: Monday – Thursday | Work Location: Weija, West Hills
