Job Purpose
To perform diligently, the cash office function that would enhance the financial control environment of the organization whilst contributing to add value, exceeding customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining Customer satisfaction among all clients and business partners
- Opening of Savings accounts for Customers.
- Coordinating with Sales staff for approval
- Calling for status reports
- Validation of customers BVN
- Obtaining signatures on legal documents from Borrowers/guarantors.
- Forwarding the files of the disbursed Loans to Centralised Processing Unit
- Generating the Repayment schedule
- Providing information for walking in and calling clients
- Conducting search on corporate and business account
