Job Summary: The Fuel Attendant is the frontline representative of ai energy. The primary responsibility is to safely dispense fuel to customers while providing fast, friendly, and excellent service that aligns with the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Operate fuel pumps safely and accurately to dispense petrol, diesel, and other products.
- Handle cash and electronic payments (POS/Mobile Money) accurately, issuing receipts as required.
- Check vehicle fluid levels (oil, water, coolant) upon customer request and top up if needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt, pumps, and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents or spills.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Supervisor immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Previous experience in a retail or fuel station environment is an added advantage.
