Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow online bookings, event participation, and brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online service channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, etc.).
- Optimize websites, booking platforms, and event pages for SEO and conversion.
- Create engaging digital content, including promotional videos, reels, graphics, and marketing materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and online campaigns.
- Design marketing creatives, banners, flyers, and social media visuals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics and ROI.
- Manage email marketing and online customer engagement initiatives.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online service opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, events, tourism, or online service platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and digital advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to create and edit videos and perform basic graphic design is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
