JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing high‑quality written materials across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging whilst supporting marketing and communication objectives. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write clear, engaging and persuasive copy for websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, brochures, campaigns and internal communications.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the organization’s brand voice, tone and style guidelines.
- Help define and maintain a content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Generate ideas and content for press releases, social media posts, website copy and daily communications.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Expertise/Experience)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media & Communications, Business Administration or any related field.
- Professional certificate in copywriting and content creation will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
