Job Summary:
Support production operations through manual labor and machine assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load/unload raw materials.
- Operate simple machinery or equipment.
- Assemble products or components.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Operate basic factory equipment.
- Assist in packaging and assembly lines.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Prior factory experience is an advantage.
