Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mixing/Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
