Job Summary:
Manage the mixing of raw materials in accordance with production specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- Operate mixers and related machinery.
- Monitor batch quality and adjust processes as needed.
- Maintain production records.
Requirements:
- Understanding of batch processing and safety protocols.
- Technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
