JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration or related field.
* Masters degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
* 8 years experience with 4 years in a management position within a competitive industry or Telecommunications/ ICT.
