A company in the Port Services Industry is seeking to hire an HR Officer to oversee all HR-related processes and personnel affairs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in industrial, logistics, maritime, or transportation sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of labour laws, workman compensation regime, different worker relationship and port industry best practices.
4. Experience in shift-based operations, payroll and workforce scheduling.
5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
