The Goal of the role includes:
To oversee and manage the human resources and administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. coordinate various administrative duties, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.


Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage talents.
* Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Act as a liaison between talents and management.
* Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
* Oversee the scheduling and planning of meetings and events
* Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary
skills to perform their job functions effectively.
* Assist with special projects as needed.
* Any other duties assigned by management.



What we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manager in a reputable
organization. Experience in a farm setting operations is an added
advantage
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
* Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
