Our client is into project finance and advisory firm with deep expertise across energy, infrastructure, real estate, and financial services is recruiting for the role of an experienced and motivated Human Resource Associate to join their team.
The Human Resource Associate will build the Group’s HR function from the ground up – setting up policies, structures, and processes, and supporting the recruitment and development of a high-performing team. This role is targeted at a young, talented, moderately experienced professional, who will grow with the organisation as it scales.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 -6 years of direct and relevant Hands-on experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
• Membership in a recognized professional body and relevant certifications for HR certification(s) (e.g., CIPM, PHR) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Experience helping to set up or formalise HR structures is a strong plus
