KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Execute high‑volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff.
✓ Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination.
✓ Support recruitment for skilled roles when required.
✓ Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
✓ Engage community leaders to source candidates.
✓ Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk‑ins, and community engagements.
✓ Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily hiring trackers.
✓ Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements.
✓ Update recruitment data in real time and support processes.
✓ Uphold recruitment standards, ethics, and compliance at all times.
