Job Summary

Responsible for driving capability development and embedding a performance-driven culture by designing learning interventions, managing performance cycles, and translating business priorities into measurable people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organisation-wide Learning & Development frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and deliver targeted development programmes.
  • Manage the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Support managers with performance coaching, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Track learning effectiveness and analyse performance data to inform leadership decisions.
  • Maintain accurate L&D, performance, and HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ HR experience with strong focus on L&D and Performance Management.
  • Hands-on experience administering appraisal systems and learning programmes.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
