Key Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resource Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management
Handle employee welfare and basic HR enquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support training, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Prepare HR reports and correspondence as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
At least 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
