About the Role

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people operations. You will work closely with team members across different regions, helping to create a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes are efficient and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs.
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks and day-to-day people operations.
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to support various HR initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Previous HR experience or a relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
