KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Make outbound calls to employers to identify hiring needs
- Promote recruitment services and secure new vacancies
- Post job adverts and maintain candidate database
- Achieve recruitment and business development targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or HND in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident making high volumes of phone calls
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
