Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Lead to establish and manage the HR function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and systems that support business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Design performance management and appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Experience within the retail, industrial, or manufacturing sector is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Ability to build HR structures and processes from scratch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Age should be below 35 years
