Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Business Partner to join its operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and support man power planning, collaborating with business leaders to plan and deliver effective hiring solutions.
They will go beyond basic recruiting by aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
This role is suited for professionals with Recruitment Business Partner experience within the Oil and Gas servicing sector who can attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Enhance employer branding initiatives
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
Advise managers on hiring decisions, market trends, and talent availability
Enhance employer branding to attract quality candidates
Use data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate with HR teams on onboarding and workforce planning
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
Manage relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and job boards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to analyze data and make strategic hiring decisions
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices
Professional certification - CIPM
