A reputable real estate/property company is urgently seeking to hire a competent and result-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team.
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification is mandatory (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, etc.)
• 3 – 5 years proven HR experience
• Prior experience in the real estate/property sector is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support business objectives strategically
Responsibilities
• Partner with management on HR strategies and workforce planning
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support learning, development, and organizational growth initiatives
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters professionally
