The position requires:
• Dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented and competent persons with proven ability;

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, exhibit high sense of initiative and managerial skills;
• Must be computer literate; and,
• Must be of the rank of a Principal Administrative Assistant and analogous grades.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a minimum of Master’s Degree and/or equivalent professional qualification in a specialized area.
• Must have served at least as Principal Administrative Assistant in the Registrar’s Offices for not less than five (5) years

Selection Process
• All applicants shall be examined and scored on relevant issues within their respective Departments/Offices or the University as a whole;
• All applicants shall be screened and scored by a panel of their respective Departments or Offices following the written examination; and,
• A report on the outcome of (1) and (2) must accompany the applications of suitable shortlisted candidates to the AAPC for consideration.
