NSS Ticketing Agents
We are recruiting NSS Ticketing Agents to support ticket sales and passenger services at selected transport terminals across Accra.
The successful candidates will be responsible for issuing tickets, assisting passengers, handling payments accurately, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring that ticketing procedures are properly followed.
Available Locations
Applicants may be assigned to any of the following stations:
1. Kaneshie Main Station – Zone 1
• Inside and outside the station
2. Kaneshie–Takoradi Station – Zone 2
3. Accra–Tema Station
4. Accra Tudu Station
5. Madina Main Station
6. Circle Neoplan Station
Key Responsibilities
• Issue tickets to passengers accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and record payments from passengers.
• Provide passengers with information about routes, fares and departure times.
• Assist passengers with ticketing-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of tickets issued and payments received.
• Reconcile ticket sales and cash at the end of each shift.
• Ensure all ticketing procedures and company policies are followed.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Report discrepancies, complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Keep the ticketing area organised and secure.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Must be an NSS personnel/graduate eligible for National Service.
• Must be available to work in Accra.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with different types of passengers.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Previous customer service, ticketing or cash-handling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Conditions
