Department: Customer Experience Start Date: Immediately Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Deployment Specialist to work onsite at our client’s location, overseeing the successful implementation, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce administration or development and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary onsite contact for all Salesforce deployment activities. - Deploy and configure Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. - Conduct data migration, sandbox refreshes, metadata deployment, and change set management. Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging issues post-deployment. - Ensure change control and deployment best practices are followed. Train users and provide go-live support. - Liaise with offsite Salesforce teams (admins, developers, or consultants) to coordinate efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce deployment or administration.
