Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage the design, construction, and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that our physical assets are safe, efficient, and fully in compliant with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other site structures.
Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage the maintenance, repair, and modification of existing buildings, roads, parking lots, and utility systems to support continuous operations.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all projects and facilities adhere to safety standards and environmental and local building codes.
Project Management: Lead and manage construction and renovation projects, including budget and timeline management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams and departments to align facility projects with manufacturing needs.
Qualifications:
HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
