About the Role
Our client, a reputable 3-star hotel, is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of all hotel facilities. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and proven management skills to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for both guests and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hotel building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
