Job Opportunity: Operations Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals.
* Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize costs.
* Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* BSC Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent
* 5-7 Years relevant \experience
* Knowledge of hospitality and agriculture industries is a distinct advantage
