· Role: To strengthen the regional distribution network, focusing on outer districts.
· Key Responsibilities:
· Manage existing customers and onboard new ones.
· Lead, train, and empower the supervisory sales team.
· Optimize the dealer vehicle-based distribution system.
· Analyze market trends and ensure smooth sales operations and logistics.
· Prepare sales and distribution performance reports.
· Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or field operations, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
