- Job Description:
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Train, motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales and operational targets.
- Analyze sales targets and financial reports to identify areas of improvement and achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and operations targets.
- Maintain and meet shop visual merchandising (VM), administration, operations and financial targets, standards and KPIs.
- Conduct weekly stock audits and manage inventory levels.
