Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with brokers, agents, and corporate bodies.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that align with company objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor partnership strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in insurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
