Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Procurement Line Manager to lead the procurement team, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and drive value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve team and business goals.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing, quality supplier management, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure value, compliance, and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.
- Manage procurement budgets and report on spend, performance, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and labour laws.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership or line management role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
