Requirement:
-Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain with 7+ years of experience in the field construction, must have at
least 2 years GCC experience as procurement Manager
-Strong knowledge of construction materials & supplier management.
-Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
-Ability to analyze BOQ, contracts, and ensure on time delivery
