DTI is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, sourcing, purchasing, and inventory coordination while ensuring value for money, quality, timely delivery, and compliance with DTIβs procurement policies and procedures.

β’ Manage procurement activities from sourcing and purchasing through to delivery
β’ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate supplier performance
β’ Support procurement planning and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
β’ Ensure procurement activities comply with DTI policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
β’ Coordinate inventory management and maintain effective stock control
β’ Support supplier and contract management processes
β’ Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines
β’ Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

β’ First Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
β’ Professional qualification in procurement is a distinct advantage

β’ In-depth knowledge of Ghanaβs procurement laws, regulations, and practices
β’ Demonstrated experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and procurement management tools
β’ Strong leadership, supervisory, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills

β’ Five (5) to eight (8) yearsβ relevant experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
