Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead and manage our end-to-end sales processes within a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to sell premium products, actively source new clients, nurture relationships, and successfully close deals. This is a technical sales role that requires significant field engagement and strong product understanding.



Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within targeted markets.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation, closing of deals, and after sales support.

Conduct field visits to meet clients, assess needs, pitch products, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales of premium products.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Marketing & Strategy
Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to industry needs.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content that enhances brand visibility.

Technical Product Engagement
Develop a solid understanding of the company’s manufacturing processes and product specifications.

Provide technical explanations, recommendations, and support to potential and existing clients.

Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.

Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market insights.

Ensure timely follow-up with clients and support seamless order processing.


Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within manufacturing or technical industries.

Proven track record of managing sales processes end-to-end and closing deals.

Experience selling premium or high-value products.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and field discipline.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting software is an advantage.

Must be comfortable with regular field work and client engagements.
