Job requirements

  • Bachelor's in business administration (BBA), Statistics or other relevant field from a reputed University.
  • 2 years of professional experience in sales in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish trust and credibility, and forge and maintain close relationships with diverse groups.
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay in rural areas on a regular basis.
  • Other preferred experience: (1) History with commitment to community service, social enterprise, and social impact work; (2) Living or working in remote rural areas; (3) Sector experience in optical, fast moving consumer goods, health, hospitals, pharmaceuticals; (4) Extracurricular activities will be an added advantage (Please mention in the resume).

  • Research, prospect, and conduct cold calls to identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Expand the company’s client portfolio, including hospitals, clinics, and NGOs with existing or potential optical services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through new client acquisitions and repeat business.
  • Travel frequently across Bangladesh to meet partners, build relationships, and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to implement sales strategies and analyze market trends.
  • Follow up on sales documentation and payments to ensure smooth transactions.  
  • Adapt marketing and communication strategies as needed.  
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to optimize sales performance.  
  • Design and execute innovative sales initiatives to capture key customer segments.  
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and maintain accurate records of partner interactions.
  • Develop and provide training to the Partners on relevant topics including sales technique, Pop-Ins training, product training, demand generation, etc.  
  • Utilize sales tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
