Jarakey is a fast-growing proptech company transforming how people live in residential communities through technology. We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Lead to help grow our business, build strong partnerships, and expand our presence in the real estate industry.
Job description
* Find and bring in new business opportunities by building relationships with property managers, estate developers, facility management companies, and other key partners.
* Manage the entire sales process from finding potential clients and pitching our solutions to negotiating and closing deals.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that help increase revenue from both businesses (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).
* Keep track of sales opportunities, update customer information in the CRM, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
* Represent Jarakey at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings to promote our brand and generate new leads.
* Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and services.
* Work closely with the leadership team to improve sales processes and achieve business goals.
* As the company grows, assist with recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and developing future members of the sales team.
Requirement
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial partnerships.
• Experience in SaaS, PropTech, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Existing network within Lagos' real estate or property management industry is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
