Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Transport teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Track order progress and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
- Excellent communication, follow‑up, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational ability in a fast‑paced environment.
