We are looking for an energetic Sales & Social Media Representative to promote our clothing brand, engage customers online, create content, and drive sales both in-store and through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and captions.
- Manage the company's social media accounts.
- Assist with live selling sessions when required.
- Process customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend marketing ideas.
- Prepare simple sales and engagement reports.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or social media management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Comfortable appearing in videos or promotional content.
- Creative and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
