KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new customers and expand the customer base.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of SHS Certificate or Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with local market routes and customers.
