QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product knowledge sharing and capability building within the sales team or for customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management-related skills, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and basic forecasting.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, building materials, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
