We are seeking high-potential and ambitious graduates to join our Next Energy Talent Trainee Program (Sales). This program is designed to build a strong pipeline of sales-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented professionals within the energy sector.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Have 0–2 years post-national service work experience.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in and passion for sales, customer service, and business operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Show strong integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to be assigned to any part of Ghana.
