About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Livestream Host to join our team. In this role, you will represent our cosmetic brand by hosting live selling sessions, interacting with customers in real time, and promoting our products and special campaigns. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions to introduce and demonstrate the company's cosmetic products.
- Present promotional offers, campaigns, and product benefits using company-provided scripts.
- Engage with viewers by responding to comments and answering product-related questions during live sessions.
- Build customer interest and encourage purchases through interactive and engaging presentations.
- Collaborate with the Telesales and Livestream Chat Support teams to maximize customer conversions and order completion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image during all livestream sessions.
- Continuously improve presentation and communication skills through company training.
Requirements
- Female applicants under 30 years of age.
- Fluent and confident in spoken English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to livestream sales techniques.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or livestream hosting is an advantage but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: USD $3.00 per hour.
- Performance Bonus: KPI-based incentives in addition to hourly pay.
- Mobile Allowance: USD $20 per month during the initial period while using a personal smartphone for livestreaming.
