Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and reliable Field Officers to support the operations of a leading telecommunications company. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned Mobile Money (MoMo) agents, monitoring their liquidity needs, and ensuring they receive timely cash or e-cash support to facilitate smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Mobile Money agents within your designated area.
- Identify agents who require cash or e-cash (electronic float) to continue operations.
- Facilitate the supply of physical cash or e-cash to agents when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mobile Money agents.
- Monitor agent activities and report operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all cash and e-cash transactions are accurately documented.
- Meet daily and monthly operational and performance targets.
- Represent the company professionally while adhering to all operational and security procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must reside in or near one of the preferred operational areas.
- Minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field operations, Mobile Money, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic smartphone and mobile application skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,500 for the first three (3) months.
- From the fourth month onwards: Performance-based commission structure.
