Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be the face of our boutique, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge on our range of bags, glasses, and other accessories to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the visual merchandising of the store to ensure it looks clean, organized, and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash responsibly.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report low-stock items to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide styling advice, and professionally resolve any customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Retail Associate, or similar role (experience in fashion/accessories is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Must reside in or be able to easily commute to East Legon, Ghana.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of work per week.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required based on the store's schedule.
