Sales Roles
- Regional Sales Representative - Western
- Sales Rep - Kumasi
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (storytelling mindset).
- Professional, clean & healthy appearance to promote a positive FMG image.
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours (including weekends, overtime and overnight travel).
- Ability to ensure personal safety and optimize travel costs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Follow up on sales orders (timely, payment & delivery).
- Monitor competition and share market insights.
- Grow sales by winning new clients and increasing orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and cover assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure products are well displayed at distributor shops.
- Handle client complaints and provide quick solutions.
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
- Follow up credit client payments 2 days before deadline.
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
- Plan market visits and calls for maximum productivity.
- Send daily sales & visit reports, weekly plans, customer lists and market/competition updates (every Friday).
